n

About the role

n

You'll be joining an established salon where you can focus on what you do best – looking after clients and creating outstanding hair.

n

We're looking for someone who is confident across:

n

n
- Ladies' cutting, restyling and finishing
n
- Colour consultations and formulation
n

- Tints and grey coverage
n
- Foiling and blondes
n
- Toners and dimensional colour
n
- Balayage and modern colour techniques
n
- Blowaves and styling
n
- Providing a high standard of consultation and client care

n

You don't need to bring a full clientele with you. Fallachi Hair has an established client base, and we're looking for another great stylist to help us continue looking after both our existing and new clients.

n

What you'll love about Fallachi

n

An established clientele

n

We've been looking after clients in Berwick since 1996, with many long-standing and returning guests.

n

Full-time or part-time flexibility

n

We're open to finding the right arrangement for the right stylist. If you're looking for full time work, we'd love to hear from you – but we're equally interested in experienced stylists looking for fewer days.

n

A supportive team environment

n

You'll work alongside experienced stylists in a collaborative salon where the team supports one another.

n

A salon that's already established

n

Your bookings, products, colour, reception and day-to-day salon operations are taken care of, allowing you to concentrate on your clients and your craft.

n

Professional products

n

We're proudly a Goldwell salon,

working with skilled colour and haircare across our colour services.

n

No Sundays or Mondays

n

The salon trades Tuesday to Saturday, giving you two consecutive days away from the salon every week.

n

Employment security and entitlements

n

You'll be employed as part of our team, with superannuation and applicable paid leave entitlements, rather than having to manage the responsibilities of working for yourself.

n

Who we're looking for

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Is a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser
n
- Is confident in both cutting and colouring
n
- Provides great consultations and genuinely cares about their clients
n
- Takes pride in producing consistently beautiful work
n
- Is reliable, qualified and organised
n
- Enjoys being part of a team
n
- Wants to find a salon where they can settle in and build long-term relationships with their clients
n

n

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person for our team.

n

Whether you're looking for your next long-term full-time salon or you're an experienced stylist wanting a great part-time position, we'd love to hear from you.
