We are now looking for a full time Partnerships & Influencer Coordinator to join our HQ team located in Newstead, Brisbane.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partnerships & Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for amplifying the brand’s visibility through strategic public relations, media outreach, influencer partnerships, and events. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams and alongside the Partnerships and Events Manager, to develop, coordinate, and execute brand-aligned campaigns that increase engagement, boost brand loyalty, and drive customer acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer & Brand Partnerships:

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand’s reach and executing brand events





Support the Partnerships & Events Manager to create innovative influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships that align with the brand’s voice and objectives for events

Constantly source new talent who align with the brand

Develop the influencer contracts, ensuring we are constantly improving and deadlines are met

Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs

Work alongside external PR agencies on influencer related projects, organising deliverables and project administration.

Work with the Partnerships & Events Manager to create guest lists for brand events.

Events Coordination Support:

Provide support to the Partnerships and Events Manager in planning and executing of brand events, including product launches, pop-ups & influencer events.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event experiences reflect the brand identity and marketing goals.

Brand Building & Campaign collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams on all PR and event activities

Assist in developing integrated campaigns that combine digital marketing, content creation, and social media with PR and event strategies.

Act as a brand's spokesperson, representing VRG GRL at events, trade shows, and with press.

Public Relations:

Support the Partnerships & Events Manager with PR strategies,



media relationships and press materials

Support monitoring and reporting on media coverage and PR initiatives.

Support relationships with PR agencies and affiliate partners.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in fashion or beauty; in-house brand experience or a marketing coordinator background is a plus.

Agile and solutions focused, with the resilience to adapt quickly to change.

A good eye for who aligns with the VRG GRL brand, backed by strong communication skills.

Confident building relationships and negotiating with talent and partners.

Confident pitching the brand and securing new opportunities.

Highly engaged with social media, influencer culture and the digital world.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proactive, with a can-do attitude and initiative.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
