We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join our team at the Bread House and Bake House factory. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of various baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the production of baked goods, including mixing, shaping, and baking
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Follow instructions accurately to ensure product consistency
- Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred and not Mandatory.




- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
