We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs that support children's learning and development.

Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.

Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development through engaging learning experiences.

Observe and document children's progress and contribute to developmental records.

Maintain positive and skilled relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Assist with daily routines, including meal times, rest periods and hygiene practices.

Participate in team meetings, training and professional development activities.

Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment.

About you

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification.

Current Working with Children Check (NSW).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)



and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Childcare Educator / Child Care Worker.

Previous experience working in a long day care or early learning environment.

Knowledge of child development and inclusive education practices.
