We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable digital solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative AI-enabled projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to define technical direction, improve engineering practices and deliver high-quality, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and delivery of full-stack applications.
n
- Develop scalable front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
n
- Build robust APIs and back-end services using Node.js.
n
- Design and deliver secure, scalable solutions within AWS.
n
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code-review support.
n
- Establish development standards and promote clean, maintainable code.
n
- Make architectural decisions covering performance, security, integration and scalability.
n
- Contribute to AI projects involving generative AI, large language models and intelligent automation.
n
- Support CI/CD, automated testing,



infrastructure as code and cloud deployment practices.
n
- Work with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Solid commercial experience across TypeScript, React and Node.js.
n
- Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams or technical delivery streams.
n
- Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
n
- Experience with relevant AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS and SNS.
n
- Strong understanding of serverless architecture, APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
n
- Experience with AWS security, IAM, monitoring and cloud-native development practices.
n
- Knowledge of automated testing, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
n
- Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering capability.
n
- Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs or machine-learning-enabled products.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities.
n
- Work within an innovation team tackling enterprise challenges
