Juv’ae is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager with strong digital capability to lead our marketing function and strengthen our position as a leading brand within the Australian aesthetics industry.

Juv’ae supports healthcare practitioners through an integrated ecosystem of clinical governance, medical oversight, education, training, technology, business support and practice management solutions.

We have built a strong reputation for clinical leadership, nurse education and supporting healthcare practitioners to build secure, compliant and sustainable businesses.

Now, we are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to ensure the strength of the Juv’ae brand in the market reflects the strength of what we have built as an organisation.

This is a full-time, in-office role that must be worked from the Juv’ae office five days per week. There is no hybrid or work-from-home option for this position.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the entire Juv’ae marketing function and lead our Marketing Team.

This is not simply a brand or communications position.

We are looking for someone who understands that great marketing must contribute to commercial growth, who is just as strong a leader of people as they are a marketer, and who is capable of scaling our marketing function as we enter our next phase of growth—with a team that is ready to grow with them.

You will be responsible for building the strategy, leading the team and ensuring campaigns are delivered, measured and continually improved.

Your remit will include:

Team Leadership

You’ll lead, grow and get the best out of the Juv’ae Marketing Team, setting clear priorities, building capability and creating a team that is proud of the work it does together.

Digital & Social

Digital and social sit at the heart of how Juv’ae shows up. You and your team will own our website, SEO, paid media, social strategy, content and email marketing, making sure our digital presence reflects the scale and quality of what we have built.

Growth & Commercial Performance

You’ll turn marketing into a genuine growth engine,



leading lead generation and nurture campaigns, CRM and lifecycle marketing, national campaigns and program launches, and tracking performance, budgets and ROI so we know what is working.

Brand & Industry Presence

You’ll protect and strengthen the Juv’ae brand, shaping our market position, representing us through PR and industry channels, leading our presence at conferences and events, and keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape.

What Success Looks Like

You will ensure Juv’ae is consistently visible to the right audiences and clearly communicates what differentiates us within the Australian aesthetics industry.

You will work closely with our leadership, Onboarding, Sales, Education, Clinical Governance, Juv’ae Academy, Juv’ae360 and Events teams to turn business priorities into high-performing marketing strategies.

Importantly, you will connect marketing with measurable commercial outcomes — generating quality leads, supporting practitioner acquisition and retention, improving conversion and ensuring we understand where our marketing investment is delivering results.

About You

We are looking for a senior marketer with:

- 7+ years’ marketing experience, including experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Demonstrated success growing and positioning brands in competitive markets
- Strong strategic capability combined with a willingness to be hands‑on
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, social media, SEO, email marketing and automation
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital performance across paid media, SEO, CRM, automation, analytics and conversion optimisation
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels and customer lifecycle marketing




- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Proven ability to analyse marketing performance and demonstrate ROI
- Strong brand, content and communications experience
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership
- Experience within aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, beauty or another highly regulated or premium professional/consumer brand will be highly regarded.

Remuneration within the advertised range will reflect the candidate’s senior leadership experience, commercial track record and depth of digital marketing expertise.
