Electricians | Goonyella Mine Shutdown | 8:6 Roster

CE Group is seeking experienced Electricians for upcoming Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change-out works at Goonyella Riverside Mine.

This short-term prospect includes approximately one week of pre-work plus a four-week shutdown. The two supervisors will work back-to-back on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, supervising crews of approximately eight electrical personnel.

- Additional $3.00 per hour site allowance

- Approximately five weeks of work, including pre-work and shutdown activities

About the role

Working within a crew of approximately 8 electrical personnel,



you will assist with Raw Coal MCC replacement and HV switchboard change-out works.

Pre-work will include off-site training, SOPs, medicals, online training, confined-space training and site authorisation activities.

About you

- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with MCC or HV switchboard replacement works
- Previous BMA Core or Goonyella Mine experience is highly advantageous
- Current Goonyella Mine authorisations will be highly regarded

Successful applicants will be required to satisfy site access requirements, including medical, training and authorisation requirements where applicable.
