We are seeking an experienced OHS Coordinator to support our teams and drive a strong safety culture across the business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating OHS compliance, risk management, safety systems, training and return-to-work activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor OHS compliance, inspections, audits and corrective actions.
- Support risk assessments, SWMS and safe work procedures.
- Manage contractor and subcontractor OHS compliance and inductions.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver and coordinate safety training, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Maintain OHS systems, registers and documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
- Promote effective safety consultation, communication and a positive safety culture.
- Monitor and report OHS KPIs, incidents and performance.




- Coordinate return-to-work processes and support injured workers throughout their recovery.
- Liaise with WorkSafe, rehabilitation providers, treating practitioners and other stakeholders as required.

About You

- Certificate or Diploma in OHS/WHS or equivalent.
- Experience in an OHS/WHS coordination role, preferably within construction or a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of OHS legislation, compliance and risk management.
- Experience with return-to-work coordination and safety training.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Current White Card.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Return-to-Work Coordinator certification is desirable.
- Experience in the electrical and or Data field is desirable.
