Job Description

We currently on the lookout for a Field Services Technician to be based out of our branch in Somerton.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a highly valued and critical role in ensuring our equipment is safe, up to standard, serviced and ready for hire.

n

In this role, you will assume responsibility for the efficient and effective servicing and preventative maintenance of our extensive range of hire equipment ensuring exceptional quality with an attention to detail.

n

The position is Full Time working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm and includes the use of a company vehicle.

n

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a variety of equipment
n
- Maintain up-to-date service records for all service and repair work
n
- Minimise operational downtime of equipment
n
- Promote Safety in the workplace
n
- Preventative maintenance of our hire equipment
n

n

Experience required:

n

n
- Mechanical trade qualification is required
n
- Current Driver's License
n




- Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics pneumatics and basic electrical skills preferred
n
- Effective time management and attention to detail
n
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
n
- Your commitment to safety in the workplace
