Join Grown Alchemist as our Lead Treatment Therapist & In-Market Trainer — delivering premium treatments, spear-heading our treatment business and training in house staff and staff within and retail partners.

About the role

n

As Lead Therapist & In-Market Trainer, you will be the spa treatment and education expert for Grown Alchemist in Australia you will deliver exceptional spa treatments and consultations while mentoring and developing our therapy team and spearheading our therapy business.

n

A key part of the role is owning Grown Alchemist's training function. You will train and coach our own teams, retail partners, department store teams and spa partners, giving them the product knowledge, brand understanding and selling confidence to deliver a superior Grown Alchemist brand experience to customers

n

You will also support new account launches, retail events, partner activations and treatment demonstrations, acting as an important ambassador for the brand across the Australian market. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled beauty therapist who combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, leadership and a genuine passion for education.

Based in Melbourne, this 3-day a week role will involve some interstate travel.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead and develop the in-store therapy team, championing excellence in service, product knowledge and treatment delivery

n

Deliver ongoing training on products,



service techniques and Grown Alchemist treatment protocols

n

Monitor sales and treatment performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to drive results

n

Manage the treatment diary to maximise bookings, bed utilisation and customer experience

n

Perform Grown Alchemist's luxury treatments to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

n

Promote treatments and products through effective upselling and cross‐selling to maximise AOV and achieve store targets

n

Conduct in-store and online consultations, tailoring treatments and recommending products to meet individual customer needs

n

Take ownership of Grown Alchemist's training and education function across the market, ensuring all teams and individuals selling the brand are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to represent Grown Alchemist to the highest standard

n

Lead the training and onboarding of all new staff, and retail accounts, ensuring teams understand Grown Alchemist's brand philosophy, product knowledge, consultation approach and selling standards from day one

About you

n

SHB50121 – Diploma of Beauty Therapy

n

Proficiency with professional skincare instruments and advanced techniques,



ensuring safety and efficacy in every treatment

n

Minimum of 2+ years in a spa or retail therapy and training roles

n

Experience in luxury beauty or wellness environments, with a proven track record of high-quality treatment delivery, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets

n

Beauty Therapy Teaching Qualification is an advantage, with experience in conducting training sessions and workshops independently

n

Experience within department store beauty environments is highly desirable

n

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop team members to achieve their potential

n

Exceptional communication skills for conducting in-store training, leading demos, and representing the brand at events

n

Comfortable working independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and support partner locations as needed

n
