Join Eyecare Network as an Optical Dispenser, where you'll work with luxury brands including Dior, Saint Laurent, Gucci and Celine. This role offers explicit career progression with support into a nationally recognised optical dispensing course, subsidised by the government through the Optical Dispensing Association.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the appointment diary and assist with preliminary testing using optometry equipment
- Help patients choose eyewear frames that suit their style and visual needs
- Dispense glasses, including lens options and fitting measurements (full training provided if new to this)
- Give patients clear, helpful information on products and services
- Work closely with optometrists and the wider team to support smooth patient care
- Get involved in content creation for social media (photos and videos in-store)

About you

- Strong people skills, ideally with retail or customer service experience




- Comfortable in a fast paced team environment
- Vietnamese speaking required
- Optical dispensing experience is preferred, but not essential
- Clear career progression with support into a nationally recognised optical dispensing course, subsidised by the government
