Endodontics Only is looking for a reliable and capable Dental Receptionist to join our team at our Queen Street specialist practice on a part-time basis , working 4-days a week.

n

We are a specialist endodontic practice with over 20 years of experience, supporting 6 endodontists across three locations in SEQ. Our Brisbane practice is a fast-paced, well-supported workplace where teamwork and consistency matter.

About the Role n

This is a busy reception role supporting our practitioners, patients and wider team throughout the day.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

- Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact
n
- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
n
- Supporting practitioners with the smooth flow of their day
n
- Processing payments and assisting with patient accounts
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and following established practice processes
n
- Communicating with patients, referring practices and other healthcare providers as required
n
- Working closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running efficiently
n
- Supporting the wider administration team where needed
n

About You n

We're looking for someone who is confident in a busy reception environment and can step in and contribute from day one:

- Minimum 1–2 years reception or administration experience , dental or healthcare experience highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus
n
- Reliable, adaptable and able to take direction
n
- Comfortable learning and using practice management systems
n
- Good team awareness and willingness to support those around you
n
- Someone who communicates early, asks questions and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
