What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll help drive performance and lead the team.

- Assist with counter sales, order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support team training, safety practices, and development initiatives to foster a high-performing branch environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade contractors to drive service excellence.
- Maintain branch systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Accurately process financial transactions, including cash handling, to support branch integrity.




- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profitability by supporting local growth initiatives.

What you'll bring

Experience in assisting to lead a team -and the results to back it up.

- Plumbing wholesale knowledge (highly advantageous) or experience in plumbing/trade distribution.
