About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant - Showroom All Rounder to join our team at our Capalaba location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences within our showroom environment. As a Sales All Rounder, you will be the face of Just Spas, responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our product range, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Your ability to build rapport, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide tailored solutions will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Demonstrate spa and wellness products, highlighting features, benefits and specifications tailored to customer needs
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customer requirements, preferences and budget
- Conduct product consultations and needs assessments to identify the most suitable solutions for each customer
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage payments and complete necessary documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences and follow-up actions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain a clean,



organised and visually appealing showroom display
- Keep up-to-date with current product inventory, pricing and promotional offers
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, paperwork and data entry as required
- Forklift License (advantageous not essential).
- You must be able to work weekends and have the flexibility to cover other shifts as the business requires.

What we're looking for

- Conduct retail sales of spas, swim spas, Urban Pools, saunas and associated products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and after-sales process.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs and providing suitable product advice.
- Respond to customer enquiries in the showroom, by phone and via email.
- Prepare quotations, manage leads and follow company sales processes.
- Assist with showroom presentation, stock control, inventory and logistics.
- Work closely with the wider team and support daily showroom operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures and roster requirements.

Remuneration is based upon experience, supplemented by Superannuation and an attractive commission structure, offering potential additional earnings of up to $15,000.
