Parramatta, NSW | 12-month fixed-term contract | Full-time, office-based
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Sydney West Brokerage Logistics & Industrial team. Based in our Parramatta office, this highly visible role will provide proactive executive, administrative and campaign coordination support. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and help the team deliver exceptional service to local and global clients. This chance would suit an experienced Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator with a background in commercial real estate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meetings, video conferences and travel arrangements
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Brokerage and the broader Sydney West team
- Assist with property campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers and communication with legal teams
- Prepare authorities, heads of agreements, presentations and executive-level reports
- Coordinate team expenses and reconcile charges and receipts
- Support the preparation and production of marketing materials
- Assist with team LinkedIn profiles and other digital content
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas and supporting materials
- Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide data and analytical support to the team
- Build effective relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the Logistics & Industrial Sydney West team
About you
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator, ideally within commercial real estate
- At least two years of high-level administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with senior leaders and a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
- Professional presentation, sound judgement and discretion when managing confidential information
