Leeton Preschool is seeking a passionate, dedicated and forward-thinking BACHELOR qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a full time position. Our Preschool runs in line with school terms so you will enjoy the perks of term shut down periods.

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality educational program

n

Have experience as a room leader in an early childhood setting

n

Work in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

n

Contribute meaningfully to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

n

Support inclusive practices for children with diverse learning needs

n

Build respectful,



collaborative relationships with families and the local community

n

Mentor and guide educators within your room

n

Maintain strong documentation and assessment practices

n

Contribute fairly and respectfully to team and management discussions

n

Must have current provisional or proficient NESA accreditation (essential)

n

This role is ideal for an educator who is confident in curriculum leadership and passionate about creating engaging, play-based learning environments.

The successful candidate must have a valid Working with Children Check and comply with our Child Safe Code of Conduct.
