Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across stores and distribution centres, providing practical, commercially focused HR support in a fast-moving retail workplace.

You'll manage ER/IR matters end to end, support rostering change, drive performance, culture and engagement, and help leaders make good people decisions quickly. This is a broad, hands-on role with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
