The Role:

We seek a motivated and independent Sales Coordinator based near Ingleburn NSW, to support our revenue growth and assist with the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations and sales activities at our Ingleburn facility. This role will primarily involve supporting the sales team with sales administration tasks, general customer service,



assisting students and trainers with administration, and general administrative and office duties.

Your Main Duties Will Include:

- Ensuring Sales Team & Customer Care team are appropriately supported each day
- Providing administration support to the sales team including;
- Supporting customers with administrative items over the phone
- Effective shared inbox management
- Diary & travel support to Sales & Leadership team
- Assisting with other adhoc office duties as needed

About You:

- Passionate about customer service
- Experienced using M365 Office, including SharePoint
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
