What You’ll Do n

As a Membership Consultant,



you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:

n

- Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
n
- Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
n
- Build excellent member journeys through positive, professional interactions
n
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
n
- Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
n
- Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive
n

Who You Are nn
- Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
n
- Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets
n
- Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks
n
- A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
n
- Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand every day
n
- Sales experience is a bonus - but with our training, enthusiasm and drive matter most
