This role will suit an experienced BA who strives to make future state happen. While you'll be involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll also play an important role supporting business services, helping stakeholders navigate systems, troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities, and drive practical outcomes. All of these outcomes focus on current Workday platform.

The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you'll work across multiple business functions, partnering with operational leaders, service teams, and technology stakeholders to understand challenges, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery, and user experience.

This is not a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines producing documents. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and happy to roll up their sleeves to support the business while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements

- Coordinate testing activities, validate outcomes and support successful implementations

- Facilitate workshops,



interviews and discovery sessions across operational teams

- Analyse current‑state processes with existing enterprise and legacy systems and troubleshoot integration pathways for Workday

- Work closely with technology teams, vendors and project stakeholders to support solution delivery

- Support system enhancements, upgrades and business improvement initiatives

- Assist with business service requests, process queries and operational problem‑solving

- Coordinate testing activities, validate outcomes and support successful implementations

- Develop process maps, procedures, training guides and supporting documentation

About You

You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who is equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, analysing processes, and providing practical support to business stakeholders when required.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments

- Solid requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills

- Workday experience is a must- you need to have used it and integrated a legacy system

- A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving

- Experience working across both project delivery and operational environments





- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information

- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps or similar

- Understanding of project methodologies and systems delivery lifecycles

- The ability to balance competing priorities and work autonomously

- Experience within healthcare, community services, aged care or service‑based industries will be highly regarded
