Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end billing and Accounts Receivable processes
- Handling a low-volume, high-value customer portfolio
- Preparing accurate invoices, statements, and billing reports
- Managing debtor collections,



account reconciliations, and banking activities
- Acting as the key contact for billing and revenue-related queries
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end journals, reporting, and audit requirements
- Producing revenue analysis and reporting insights
- Identifying process improvement initiatives and efficiencies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing roles
- Previous experience within an ASX-listed or large corporate environment highly regarded
- Strong experience managing high-value customer accounts
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Xero or similar ERP/accounting systems advantageous
- Full Australian working rights required
