We are partnering with a growing Brisbane-based Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline of work across South East Queensland.

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to initially assist in delivering a current project before transitioning into a lead role on a large multi-storeyresidential development in Redcliffe.

n

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman looking to take ownership of a significant project from early stages through to completion.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead day-to-day site operations.
n
- Manage subcontractors, trade sequencing and site logistics.
n
- Coordinate tower crane activities and material deliveries.
n
- Drive programme, safety and quality outcomes.
n
- Run site meetings and short-term programming.
n
- Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
n
- Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
n
- Exposure to basement construction, structural concrete,



retention/shoring works and tower crane operations will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments preferred.
n
- Solid leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
n
- Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site outcomes.
n
