We’re looking for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join a highly successful wholesale travel business, supporting travel agents and their customers with exceptional cruise experiences across some of the world’s leading cruise lines.

The Role

Working within a dedicated cruise team, you’ll be responsible for providing expert advice and managing cruise bookings from enquiry through to completion.

You’ll be working closely with travel agents, helping them secure the right cruise product for their clients while delivering outstanding service and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing cruise enquiries and bookings from travel agent partners

Providing expert advice across cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, cabins and inclusions

Quoting and converting cruise opportunities

Managing bookings, amendments, payments and documentation

Building strong relationships with travel agents and internal teams

Staying up to date with cruise products, promotions and industry developments

Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer value

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in cruise sales or travel consulting

- Strong knowledge of cruise products, destinations and cruise lines

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A genuine passion for travel and cruising

- GDS and/or travel booking system experience is advantageous
