About the Role

Labourforce is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Archerfield.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop their skills within a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Working closely with our recruitment team, you will provide support across the recruitment process, helping us connect candidates with suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Contacting candidates regarding available opportunities
- Confirming candidate availability and rosters
- Updating candidate records and recruitment systems
- Providing general administrative and recruitment support
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers




- Assisting with day-to-day office and recruitment activities

About You

- Confident communicating with candidates over the phone
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

Previous recruitment experience is not essential - we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
