They are looking for a hands‑on maintenance leader to take ownership of the site's maintenance function, working closely with the Site Manager and broader leadership team to drive reliability and operational performance.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for leading the maintenance function, coordinating day‑to‑day activities and supporting the reliability of a busy manufacturing operation.

- Lead and develop the site maintenance team
- Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
- Prioritise maintenance activities alongside Production requirements
- Support fault finding and technical troubleshooting
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime and continuous improvement




- Manage contractors and external maintenance providers
- Support shutdown planning and maintenance projects
- Ensure strong safety and maintenance standards across the site

Your Background

This role will suit a hands‑on maintenance professional with strong leadership capability and experience in a foodmanufacturing environment.

- Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
- Experience within food, FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting capability
- Experience across preventative and reactive maintenance
- Solid planning, prioritisation and problem‑solving skills
- Practical, visible leadership style
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
