ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Customer Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to work on large-scale business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, along with strong solution architecture, consulting, integration, Power Platform, and AI/Copilot experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide client consulting and technical advisory services.
- Design and review solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Work on large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Define architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, storage, reporting, and archiving.
- Support governance, security, and low-code development initiatives.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise integration architecture.
- Leverage AI tools and Copilot Studio for business-process transformation.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and solution reviews.




- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance and support throughout implementation.

MANDATORY SKILLS

- 10+ years of professional IT experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Insights.
- Strong client consulting and advisory experience.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform Governance and Security.
- Experience with low-code development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and storage optimization.
- Experience with archiving and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and Copilot Studio.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders on AI transformation initiatives.

ELIGIBILITY – STRICT REQUIREMENTS

- Australian Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents, and work visa holders are not eligible.
- Public-sector work-safety clearance (NV1) is mandatory.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Sydney or Canberra.
- Candidate must be comfortable with the hybrid work model and onsite requirements.
- Candidate must be willing to use a personal computer for work, in line with the client's BYOD policy.
