Downer is seeking an Operational Technology Business Analyst to lead structured requirements gathering and scoping for OT upgrades across PPP contracts. You will report to the Program Manager and help deliver high-quality outcomes for essential public services.

Key duties include OT discovery across PPP sites, documenting architecture, topology, interfaces, and device inventories, and mapping AS-IS to TO-BE processes to support change management during upgrades.
