Footwear Sales Assistant - Indooroopilly, Carindale, Chermside & DFO Skygate

Footgear, a leading retailer of quality footwear and accessories, is seeking passionate Sales Assistants to join our team across Brisbane. We have opportunities in multiple stores including Indooroopilly, Carindale, Chermside & DFO Skygate. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and suggesting products to meet their needs

Maintain a neat and organised store appearance by restocking shelves, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed

Actively participate in sales and promotional activities to drive store performance

Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members

A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and product knowledge

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential for enthusiastic candidates)

Must be flexible to work a range of shifts across weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
