$48 - $57/hr + Penalties | Permanent Full-Time

The Role

- Servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Warranty and mechanical repair work
- Parts ordering and job planning
- Test driving and quality checks
- Maintaining workshop safety standards
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting the team
- Delivering excellent customer service and professional outcomes

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to build your skills across multiple areas of the workshop.

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualified HV Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Post-trade industry experience
- Additional automotive or mechanical qualifications highly regarded




- Volvo or Mack experience preferred
- Previous experience mentoring apprentices
- Team player with a safety-first attitude

Additional Information

- Initial 38-hour week during onboarding
- Progression to a flat-rate 45-hour week after the first pay period
- Rotating shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm

- 18% shift allowance applicable
