A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a 4.5 Gold Star iCIRT accredited reputable remedial contractor based in Mascot, NSW, delivering complex remedial and building refurbishment projects across Sydney.

The business specialises in technically challenging remedial works, providing exposure to a broad range of projects including structural strengthening, waterproofing, facade remediation, concrete repair and cladding.

The Role

n

n
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex remedial construction projects
n
- Manage project budgets, programmes, procurement and commercial outcomes
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, engineers, clients and project stakeholders
n
- Oversee structural strengthening, waterproofing, facade remediation, concrete repair and cladding works
n
- Manage project planning, sequencing and construction methodology
n
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and commercial performance
n
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and technical challenges
n
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams
n
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
n




- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard
n

Requirements

n

n
- At least 8+ years' Australian construction experience, with strong Project/Senior Project Management experience delivering remedial construction projects.
n
- Strong understanding of structural strengthening, waterproofing, facade remediation, concrete repair and/or cladding
n
- Strong commercial and project management capability
n
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programme and project controls
n
- Relevant construction, engineering or building qualifications
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, WHS and regulatory requirements
n
