Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Brisbane studio on a temp / contract basis and play a key role in the delivery of retail, hospitality & hotel, and multi-residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation across all project stages.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
- Contribute to BIM workflows and maintain quality assurance throughout the process.

Skills and Experience

- Advanced Revit proficiency, strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk construction cloud.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and Australian building regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team workplace.
