About the Role
n We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the South East of Melbourne.

n

This is a full-time position on a casual contract, with the opportunity and intention to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right person.

n





The successful applicant will be a highly skilled and reliable operator who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

n

You will be responsible for operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently while completing works in accordance with company procedures, industry standards and legislative requirements.

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in final trim excavation using GPS
n
- Proven experience operating excavators in a civil construction environment
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Current White Card / relevant industry card
n
- Relevant plant and machinery tickets
n
- Strong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Proven ability to work safely, efficiently and unsupervised
n
- Solid attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
n
- Excellent work ethic and a proven history of reliability and consistent performance
n
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
n
