About the role

n

In this role, you will deliver and assess nationally recognised training in:

n

CPCCLDG3001 – Licence to perform dogging

n

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and practical training, supporting students through their learning, and ensuring assessment is completed in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment for dogging courses
n
- Assess learner competency in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements
n
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records
n
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures
n
- Provide students with support, guidance, and constructive feedback
n




- Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competency
n
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports student success
n

n

What we are looking for

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering and/or assessing dogging training (Training can be provided for those that are new to the training space)
n
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40122, or equivalent/required successor credential
n
- Strong industry currency and relevant recent industry experience
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A professional and student-focused approach
n
- Solid organisational and recordkeeping skills
n
- A commitment to compliance, safety, and quality training outcomes
n

n

SafeWork NSW Assessor Accreditation

n

Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation

n

Ability to deliver related high-risk work licence training, where applicable

n
