Driver Hire is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a well‑established, family‑owned business based in Ormeau. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, reliable work with a respected company.

Your New Job

In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, working with Plasterboard in a fast‑paced transport workplace. Must be Physically fit as manual handling will be involved, you may be needed to be an offsider and help with the delivery of plasterboard.

This is Monday to Friday work, with overtime available, offering consistency and work‑life balance — plus the chance to go temp to perm.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Counterbalance forklift operation




- Loading and unloading trucks
- Physically Fit
- Following safety and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous experience in road transport and/or warehousing
- Confidence loading and unloading trucks, Physically fit
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
