Ready to lead high-performing mechanical teams on industrial maintenance and project work? We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our Wellington-based operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee site activities, coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you'll bring:
