In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering critical operations technology for the Transport Management Centre (TMC), you’ll lead the technology that keeps NSW moving safely and efficiently.

This role will see you own and evolve a suite of complex systems and platforms, leading teams across application development, service delivery, technical analysis and product management to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and future-ready. You’ll champion TMC technologies and work closely with operations teams to identify ways to continuously improve their performance and resilience.

You will lead and shape technology platforms, building reliability, innovation, and long-term capability in a real-time, safety‑critical environment where system performance and continuity are non‑negotiable.

Your technology leadership and product mindset, developed in complex systems or operational environments, will see you balance innovation with stability, guide technical direction, and deliver solutions that meet both current and future needs.

You’re recognised as a technology leader with strong judgement, skilled at navigating complex system landscapes and influencing enterprise decisions, and experienced in contemporary delivery practices, DevOps, and large‑scale technology environments.
