As our Customer Experience specialist, you'll join a team that takes real pride in providing exceptional customer service on the phone, over email, and in our showroom.

Role: Customer experience role covering phone, email, and in showroom support

Location: Full-time, in-house at our Northern suburbs, Melbourne office (with free onsite parking)

What You'll Be Doing

- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service via phone and email, and assisting customers who visit our showroom in person.
n
- Order Management: Accurately processing and managing sales orders from start to finish.
n
- Database Care: Keeping our customer database accurate and up-to-date.
n
- Warehouse Liaison: Coordinating with our warehouse and dispatch team to keep orders moving and customers informed.

- Team Support:



Pitching in with general sales and administrative support wherever the team needs it.
