You will be part of the internal sales team, dealing with the preparation of financing offers, processing of incoming requests up to their settlement and supporting our growing customer base. You will also be asked to assist with non-commercial activities and processes which are related to the running contracts.
Responsibilities include;
- Taking calls from customers
- Preparing Contracts
- Evaluating Clients financial position
- Funding preparation to ensure funding details are accurate to enable successful settlement
- Ensure loan documents and instructions issued to the panel lawyers are correct and accurate
- Consistently review matter milestones and ensure timely progress
- Ensure that all incoming documents are accurate and in place
- Ensure delivery of best in class customer service and continually stay ahead of market trends relating to customer service delivery
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Degree in Business or Commerce
- Ideally minimum 1+ years experience in finance industryin Credit/Settlements and/or Sales Support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
