Supervisor/Relief Duty Manager (Part-time)

Our Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor/Relief Duty Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers excellent career progression, ongoing professional training, and the opportunity to step up into Duty Management duties.

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to supervise daily floor operations and step up into Duty Manager responsibilities as required. You will oversee the venue, staff, and cash-handling, with duties reverting to Bar/Gaming or Admin shifts when not acting in a supervisor role. This position offers excellent career progression, ongoing professional training, and the opportunity to advance into full-time management roles.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance,

Step up into the Duty Manager role as required to oversee the venue, staff, and cash-handling

Efficiently utilize club systems, including Senpos (POS)



and IGT (Gaming), to manage trading

Resolve patron inquiries and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for members and guests

About you

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a registered club or hospitality venue

Must hold a current RSA, RCG and ARCG (Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications

Strong working knowledge of SENPOS, IGT systems, and/or similar operating systems are preferrable

Flexible availability to work a part-time roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

A genuine desire to undergo further training and professional development to advance your career
