About the Role

- Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone and via email
- Prepare quotes, process orders and respond to customer enquiries
- Assist with purchasing, receiving stock and general administration
- Pick and pack orders, restock shelves and help with general warehouse duties
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and look for opportunities to grow sales
- Help with occasional local deliveries and check in with other customers nearby to pick up extra orders

About You

Trade sales, hardware, industrial supply or hands-on trade experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you have a excellent attitude, learn quickly and are confident with customers, we'd still like to hear from you.

- Confidence dealing with tradies and understanding what they need
- Good customer service, communication and organisation skills
- The initiative to take ownership and look for sales opportunities
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across the branch
- A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
