A Construction business established for over 25 years in regional NSW. They are a D&C; builder who work with public and private sector clients delivering projects in Commercial, Education, Health/Aged Care, Justice,Industrial and Hospitality up to $50m in value. As a leading construction company, they are a preferred builder on several government funded schemes and with ongoing contracts and stability. They have recently been awarded the next phase in a roll out of government sector projects and also some larger commercial projects. Due to a busy work pipeline they have several management opportunities available.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the Dubbo office and work on active D&C; projects throughout regional NSW.

Role & Responsibilities:

n





To be shortlisted for this role you will be a Project Manager who has the following experience:

n

n
- D&C; experience
n
- A degree in Construction Management or related qualification
n
- Experience across private and public related projects
n
- 2 years + as a Project Manager
n
- Successfully delivered projects in excess of $5m in value.
n
- Be proficient in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac, Procure, or similar
n
- A proven track record of finishing multiple projects on time and budget
n
- Be passionate about construction
