Our Client:

An exciting opportunity is available for a Financial Adviser to join a growing wealth management business based in North Sydney. There is an existing book of around 100 sophisticated clients to service with no expectation to BD or cold call.

The firm works with a diverse range of clients, including professionals, business owners and those approaching or already in retirement. With an established client base and strong professional referral relationships, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for an Adviser to join the team.

This is a great prospect for a Financial Adviser who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Adviser while managing existing client relationships and progressively taking ownership of your own client portfolio.

The role is focused purely on wealth management, with no requirement to provide risk advice.

The Role

- Manage and develop relationships with an established client base.
- Provide ongoing strategic financial advice tailored to individual client objectives.




- Work alongside a Senior Adviser across a range of client strategies and advice needs.
- Assist with the development of advice strategies and recommendations.
- Prepare and review advice documentation and supporting reports.
- Attend client meetings and build strong relationships with professional referral partners.
- Participate in networking and business development activities as the firm continues to grow.
- Contribute to the broader development of the practice and its client offering.

About You

- 2+ years' experience working as a Financial Adviser / Authorised Representative.
- Experience providing strategic advice across wealth management, investments, superannuation and retirement planning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a senior team.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a growing advice business.
