NCN Health in Numurkah is seeking a Carer Support Coordinator (Fixed Term - Part Time) to coordinate adaptable respite services for unpaid carers. The role works within the Community Aged Care team and supports carers of people with care needs.

Training and a multidisciplinary environment are provided. The ideal candidate holds a health-related tertiary qualification and experience in assessment and care planning, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
