Job Description

JD Propagation is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Freight Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, freight coordination, sales support, and administration. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while managing freight bookings, selecting the most effective transport solutions, processing orders and invoices accurately, along with selling.

Key responsibilities

Book and coordinate freight deliveries and collections

n

Determine the most efficient and cost-effective freight methods for customer orders

n

Liaise with freight companies and transport providers

n

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

n

Sell excess stock

n

Process customer sales and orders

n

Prepare and issue invoices accurately and efficiently

n

Handle customer enquiries and provide product information

n





Track freight consignments and resolve delivery issues when required

n

Maintain accurate customer and order records

n

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

n

About you

n

Previous experience in customer service, freight, logistics, or administration preferred

n

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

n

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

n

Ability to problem-solve and identify the best freight solutions

n

Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

n

High attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and invoices

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Sales experience would be highly regarded

n

Friendly and supportive team environment
