Our state-of-the-art Newborn Services department manages nearly 2,000 admissions each year across a 36-bed inpatient footprint, combining 18 Intensive Care (NICU) & High Dependency beds and 18 Special Care Nursery suites.

What You Bring
n
n
- Registration: Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration (or international eligibility for sponsorship).
n
- Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 12-24 months of high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care experience, backed by sharp clinical assessment and risk-mitigation skills.
n
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing; a Postgraduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care is highly regarded.
n
- Philosophy: Passion for family-centred care, multi-disciplinary teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.
