HBW FOODSERVICE is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving and processing incoming goods, including quality checks and stock management
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
- Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
- Assisting with inventory audits and stock takes
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

- Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the food service industry
- Forklift license and experience in operating warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items




- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in the use of modern technology or confident in learning current skills
