About the opportunity

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the Panthersexperience; connecting with members and guests, delivering standoutservice, responding promptly to pages, and providing food andbeverage service across our rapid-paced Gaming environment. You'llbring energy to every interaction and help create the welcoming,memorable experiences Panthers is known for.

As a Gaming Attendant, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Provide food and beverage service within designatedtimeframes
- Handle cash transactions, including TAB and KENO
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area
- Ensure all financial transactions with patrons are conductedaccurately and efficiently
- Address minor service and maintenance needs of gamingmachines
- Promote and upsell the advantages Panthers Memberships

About you

- Current RSA and RCG certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, withstrong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence in accurate cash handling
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and at times,within a smoking environment




- Outstanding presentation and grooming
- Experience in customer service in similar role is highlyregarded
- Availability to work various shifts during operational hours,including but not limited to Thursday through Sunday, both day andnight
