You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate communication requirements into scalable, integrated marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.




- Design and build multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Develop automations, data extensions, segmentation queries and communication workflows.
- Configure Marketing Cloud Connect capabilities, including Salesforce Data Events and synchronised data extensions.
- Design and deliver email and SMS communications.
- Develop integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.

Skills and Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building Journey Builder solutions.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, including Salesforce Data Events and synchronised data extensions.
- Experience delivering email and SMS communication solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and enterprise integrations.
