Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Submitting warranty claims for multiple manufacturers
n
- Reconciling claim payments and closing repair orders in the internal system
n
- Keeping the warranty register up to date
n
- Assisting the Service Department with end-to-end warranty claim processing
n
n
Our ideal candidate will have:
n
n
- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication
n
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
n
- Experience with ERA (Pentana) is highly regarded
n
- Previous warranty processing experience is a bonus — but not essential
n
- A sharp eye for detail and a general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
n
