Titan Ind is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead our Moranbah operations. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who knows the industry, is confident dealing with customers and employees, and takes responsibility for getting the job done.

About the Role

As Workshop Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Moranbah workshop. You’ll lead the team, manage workflow and customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You won't be waiting to be told what needs doing. We're looking for someone who can take control, make decisions and own the performance of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Moranbah workshop

- Coordinate workload, priorities,



employees and resources

- Build robust relationships with existing and prospective customers

- Identify and pursue sales and business development opportunities

- Lead, support and hold the workshop team accountable

- Ensure quality, safety and productivity standards are maintained

- Take ownership of workshop performance and customer outcomes

- Work closely with the wider Titan Ind team to support continued growth

What You’ll Need

- Relevant Australian mechanical/trade qualification

- Minimum 5+ years post-trade experience

- Previous leadership, supervisory or workshop management experience highly regarded

- Sales, customer service or business development experience

- Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships

- Confident communication and leadership skills

- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities

- A proactive approach – someone who takes responsibility rather than passes problems on

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

- Australian working rights

- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and National Police Check
